Do you provide whole and bulk orders?

Absolutely! However, orders above 5 will be marked down as Bulk//Wholesale which will take 1-3 weeks to ship as we may not have the current level of stock in at the time.

Please contact customer service for confirmation of stock and dispatch time before ordering.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes that is correct. We can ship worldwide


Are your hilts made from metal

Yes. All of our hilts are made from aluminium 6063 which offers high quality and durability


Do you currently have any lightsabers that are fully booked up?

Currently we have 4 different lightsaber designs that we are fully booked up on for manufacturing. Due to immense popularity, the waiting que is currently 8 months. All lightsabers currently on our store are available and unaffected by this waiting list and can mostly be shipped next working day from the day of ordering.


My lightsaber wont turn on?

This issue is certianly uncommon, but 9/10 is purely down to the battery being dislodged from the + and - terminals. You can simply re-seat the battery and all should be fine. In the even that it is not, please try this video:

Crackly or no sound?

Please charge for 8 hours.

Read the instruction manual ( which can be downloaded on the "Instruction manual" tab ) and following the instructions for un-muting the saber.

If this does not work please follow the answer to the question above " My lightsaber wont turn on"


SD card not found

Please remove SD card and re-insert it.


Proffie Pixel Lightsaber is making a piercing noise Please click the 2 small buttons on the proffie board. This will reset the soundboard.

My blade is white with no color

This is completely normal, especially with Pixel blades.

Please download the correct instructional PDF manual from our page which can be located on the navigation page. The color can then be changed as per instructions
